June 26, 2001 - 6:30 PM
Greenville Municipal Building

This meeting of the Board of Selectmen will take the place of the July 4th meeting. The next scheduled meeting of the Board of Selectmen is July 18, 2001 at 6:30 PM in the Municipal Building.

1. Minutes

2. Rubbish Pickup & Dumpsters: The Board has directed me to work with Sean Bolen to determine the feasibility and a cost for providing direct pickup of rubbish from the camp-owners in the areas where dumpsters are currently located. I have asked Sean to attend this meeting to help to explain what we have found out.

3. Police Department Vacation and Holiday Time: This item was tabled from the last meeting. Police Chief Duane Alexander and I will further research this issue prior to the Tuesday meeting.

4. Heating Oil Bids: As I explained at the last meeting, I have solicited quotes from five different fuel oil providers. I will share the results with the Board at this meeting, and urge you to make a selection based both on price and local consideration. The school board has asked to review these bids prior to committing to one provider. I will ask School Committee Chair Dick Gould to attend the Selectmen's meeting for this bid selection.

5. Other Business: If there is anything I have missed, please feel free to bring it to my attention here.

6. Adjourn
